The winner and still champion is...
The Dogs (Coronet Books)
I bought The Dogs after randomly opening the other three. I opened Bamboo Hell and it had 2 different racial slurs in 2 pages. I opened Venetian Vendetta and it had "Lucia, you slut." I opened Orca and it had an orca miscarrying.
...I forgot to racism/sexism/orca miscarriage spot check The Dogs. For all I know it contains all three.

Aaaaaaaagh!
(I'm not surprised about Bamboo Hell based on the title, but Venetian Vendetta now has "Jane, you ignorant slut"/"Dan, you pompous ass" stuck in my head.)

I did not forsee the orca reproductive drama, though.

I voted for Venetian Vendetta on the basis that Bamboo Hell would probably be extremely racist and both The Dogs and Orca would probably involve a lot of animal harm, but given the results of your spot check, I clearly should have bet on the dogs being gun rights activists or militant vegans or Lovecraftian cultists or something.

alongside Orca the book (1977) was Orca the movie. And a dreadful movie it was. My main memory is of a whale fetus ejected from its mother’s womb, landing on a ship deck, and squealing like a human baby. It put the “ick” in flick.
